Escapade Music Festival will be here before we know it! This year's lineup is stacked with an impressive array of talent. Amongst the lengthy programming, you'll find some of our favourite local artists names. It just so happens that Chefnier, HAMRO, MIKAL, and COLLINS, will all be taking the decks ahead of the highly-anticipated festival...
On Friday, June 3, 2022, these skilled musicians will perform at the next edition of Hypeak Entertainment's praised CLOSER event. Bonus fact: you can watch one of Hypeak's main event organizers, Matthieu Poirier, perform at Escapade next month under the Ross X Class DJ duo. You won't want to miss it!
Although catching these impeccable acts in an intimate setting is cause enough for celebration, there are a few other exciting elements to highlight! As an unexpected spin on the norm, participants will witness exclusive house sets from notable bass artists Chefnier and HAMRO.
Furthermore, despite City At Night's manager (Chefnier) taking the decks, the beloved venue will be in excellent hands, offering their usual high standard of customer service. This edition will also mark HAMRO's birthday celebration; we wouldn't be surprised if shots were already lined up on the bar!
Also, don't sleep on the supporting acts, Flag fam. COLLINS is fresh of the heels of a jaw-dropping announcement...a huge secret warehouse rave called KULTURE (more to come on this). With a revelation like this, you know he'll pour his passion for music into everything he does, including his upcoming set!
MIKAL may be a name you're familiar with due to his extensive hard work in the local music scene. It has certainly paid off as he's been a resident DJ at Gatineau's Mardi Gras and the Hilton Lac-Leamy's ALÉA nightclub. We're expecting club ready bangers from this experienced DJ.
